Dear Customer,

a. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any of our branches or call our Customer Service Hotline at 888 XXX.

b. Please order cheque books in advance by filling in the request form included in each cheque book, and you will receive them within 7 working days from the date of your request.

c. This new delivery service will start from Aug 1, 1997, at no extra cost to your company.

d. Owing to this new arrangement, our branches will no longer keep standard company cheque books in stock.

e. To save your time spent queuing at the branch for cheque book collection, your company's cheque books will be delivered directly to your office via courier service.
