b. This will automatically secure your registration and allow us to prepare materials tailored to your selected sessions.

c. Your original spot in the cultural immersion program will expire on September 30th, regardless of whether confirmation has been received.

d. Should you have already received your confirmation, kindly complete the participant checklist attached to the welcome email.

e. We would like to inform you that the Autumn Cultural Exchange Workshop has been rescheduled, and new confirmation emails are currently being sent to all registrants.
