a. I believe I am perfectly suited for this role. I have a bachelor’s degree in IT from the University of Leeds, and I have recently completed a master’s in IT management.

b. I am very adaptable, reliable and excellent at multitasking, and I have strong communication skills and natural problem-solving abilities.

c. I would be very grateful if you would consider me for the position of IT support technician.

d. I am available for an interview at any time. I have attached a copy of my CV to this letter for your review. If you have any questions about me, please let me know.

e. Last year, I gained valuable experience working part-time at a local computer repair centre, and I also spent six months as a tech support trainee at a major IT firm.
